Return Policy
Need to Return or Exchange an Item? We offer returns within 30 days of receipt for store credit, a different product, or a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned in brand new, resalable, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns showing signs of wear, use, or attempted installation will be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless Sprinter Parts Depot shipped the wrong item.

If a part or accessory does not fit, you must contact us for troubleshooting before we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return label.
- If we provide a prepaid return label on your behalf, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to offset the original outbound shipping and handling costs.

Refused Packages
We strongly advise against refusing a package. If you do, you'll receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and our actual shipping and handling costs. Please contact us to arrange a proper return.
Ineligible Returns
If you return an item that does not meet these conditions and is not eligible for a refund you may have the option of having the item returned at your expense.
