Exceptional service
The item was great as expected. The 5 stars is for the service. There was a setback with the product and the Sprinter Parts Depot customer service was quick to notify me and keep me up to date so I never had a chance to wonder or worry. That’s 5 star service. A product is a product but treating your customer like they matter and are working your hardest for them will keep me coming back every time. You can get similar products in a lot of places but you won’t get this service.

When Service Matters...
Purchased a '24 OM654 (2.0L I4) Sprinter in last December and was referred Sprinter Parts Depot as a go-to for quality OEM parts, for excellent pricing. I ordered this Oil Change Kit (for stock) back in February, and when I received it (very quickly), I placed it in my stock and to my mistake I never cross-referenced part numbers. Yesterday I scheduled to complete my 1st oil change, pulling out all parts ordered from February. I noticed that the oil filter received was actually for the OM651 (2.1L I4) diesel. Frustrated that I made the mistake of not checking all products upon arrival, I sent Sprinter Parts Depot customer service an email explaining the problem. To my surprise, I received an email back quickly asking me for my VIN number (which I sent right away) and assuring me that it would be taken care of after they looked into the order. Shortly thereafter, I received another email apologizing for the mistake that was made and provided me with a tracking number for the correct oil filter they had expedited to me. Working in the Service Industry, I am well aware that mistakes happen - to err is human - But what defines a quality company & service is how the mistakes are handled. I will happily recommend, as well as refer, this company to all Sprinter owners out there who appreciate quality products, great pricing, and exceptional customer service!
